As Rodney M. Loesch CFP® built a successful entrepreneurial business, he also built a leadership role in his community and became known as a leader in both. For the past 20 years, Rodney has been considered an expert in advising executives, high achieving professionals and business owners in creating teams based on the development of an attitude of risk taking, an aptitude for intuition, and accountability for those results. Holding the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) he continues his career related education to stay on the cutting edge of industry developments.

A former national sales manager and trainer for an international corporation, he is a participant in the Kansas City Star newspaper's "Money Make-Over" series, and is a columnist for "Ask Us" in their Moneywise magazine. He shares his leadership expertise in his profession through numerous seminars and workshops on leadership, integrity, sales success and business inspiration.

Rodney holds a Bachelor's degree in social studies and economics and a Juris Doctorate. He serves as an outstanding leader on several boards of directors in the education and community services sectors.
